Industrial precision starts in an ISO9001 factory equipped with the knowledge & technology to produce high end, industrial strength bits. Blue Tornado bits use
4140 & 5140 steels which are specially heat treated to ensure proper hardness & tensile strength. Computer balanced & CNC machined, the bits are produced perfectly balanced for extremely smooth cuts. The extra thick Micro-Grain C3 Tungsten Carbide is 25% thicker than standard “Asian Bits” and is applied via induction heating ensuring exact bonding. All bits are produced in a full anti-kickback design & are tested under BG Test 202001 & 202002. A 49% Silver treatment allows the brazing compound to flow freely under low temperatures which do not compromise body hardness. Each bit is coated with a special Automotive Semi-Transparent Powder Coat finish & Anti-Stick coating to ensure durability & long lasting performance, not to mention an attractive finish! The right angle hook on these bits allows for chip free passes every time.
