Committed to Quality and Sustainability

At Rosewood Estates, located in Niagara Falls, they are dedicated to maintaining the integrity and purity of their honey. Produced in a nut-free facility, their wildflower honey is handled with the utmost care to preserve its natural properties and exquisite taste. It's a testament to their commitment to quality, from hive to table.

Our honey will crystallize naturally over time. To re-liquify, place the jar in a pot of water on low heat and wait until it returns to a liquid state. Do not microwave the jar. If you are in a hurry, remove a small amount of the crystallized honey and warm in a low power setting in a microwave safe container.

Much like wine, honey will vary in aroma, taste and colour from year-to-year reflecting characteristics of both the season and region.
