Eugene, a dedicated beekeeper for decades and a loyal customer of Busy Bee Tools, has through this bond, helped curate and produce a special line of honey exclusively for Busy Bee Tools. Our unpasteurized wildflower honey is not just a sweetener but a culinary companion perfect for chefs and home cooks alike. Its rich, floral notes make it ideal for blending into your favorite glazes, sauces, or simply drizzling over morning toasts and pancakes. Produced in a nut-free facility, their wildflower honey is handled with the utmost care to preserve its natural properties and exquisite taste. Our honey will crystallize naturally over time. To re-liquify, place the jar in a pot of water on low heat and wait until it returns to a liquid state. Do not microwave the jar. If you are in a hurry, remove a small amount of the crystallized honey and warm in a low power setting in a microwave safe container.

Much like wine, honey will vary in aroma, taste and colour from year-to-year reflecting characteristics of both the season and region.
