BUSY BEE #80 CABINET SCRAPER

Introducing the No. 80 cabinet scraper, part of a new line of high quality woodworking hand tools from Busy Bee Tools. This cabinet scraper is just what a woodworker needs when working with difficult grain. Grain direction doesn’t matter when scraping so boards can be worked in any direction. The type of cut a scraper produces eliminates tear out and leaves behind a flat surface that is ready for final sanding. Using this tool can open a woodworker up to using incredibly figured boards that would normally be difficult smooth.

Modelled after the original Stanley No. 80, this scraper is cast from ductile iron and the sole is ground flat. The integrated handles offer ultimate control of the tool and are comfortable in the hand. The cabinet scraper features a wing nut adjuster that allows the user to increase or decrease the depth of cut with a simply twist.

The blade is made from O1 Steel and is hardened to 58-62 HRC which will create a durable, burnished edge. This cabinet scraper comes packaged in a durable and attractive, foam-lined box that can be kept for safe storage.
