Wow! Just Wow!
I'm playing with knives for decades, and I've admited it a long time ago : I'm bad at sharpening. It takes me forever to have an acceptable edge, which become dull pretty quickly. After reading many reviews, I've decided to give this a try. Only 30 seconds, really, were necessary to have my Laguiole sharp as a razor blade. Then my old Ka-Bar. Then my Buck 110! Then scissors! And a first cooking knife. And a second one! Very idiot proof, it seems impossible to fail at using this sharpener. I should have bought this tool a long time ago. Now, I'm waiting to have hair on my arms back again, but this is another story ;)
