Great chainsaw for what it’s designed for
Received as a birthday gift and have used it twice. I am very impressed with the power . I limbed and chunked up a 8-10 inch fir that fell in yard and it handled this with ease with minimal battery loss. Second trip was chunking up some previously cut up maple. It had no trouble cutting some 10 inch chunks but did use more battery than softwood . This model is nice and compact and perfect for hunting and camping ATV trips where a more powerful gas saw is overkill. Not carrying gas is a bonus for sure . Unit seems quite sturdy but still lots of plastic so need to show more care then a more rugged gas chainsaw. My chain fell off on first use as it had warmed up and stretched a bit . Keep and eye on tension on first use!. Overall quite happy so far . Hoping prices come down for these battery powered tools in the future
