SPRING LOADED CORNER CHISEL

This easy-to-use Square Corner Chisel instantly squares round corners on hinge mortises.

This corner chisel can be used for easily and accurately carving the inside round corner cutouts of your woodworking router projects. These are very handy tools for squaring up the inside corners of hinge mortises.

Commonly used for creating highly accurately square corners in applications such as router hinge recesses, door lock recesses, hinged mortises, wood flooring stock, picture frames, and more.

Made of HSS steel that stays sharp. Both have spring-loaded chisels and are sharpened, ready to use right out of the package.

Cutter aligns with both edges to produce a perfect 90-degree corner. Positioned in the hinge mortise and tapped lightly with a hammer yields a cleanly squared (90-degree) inside corner. Ideal for squaring corners on hinge mortises and anywhere you need a sharp clean corner.
